Very disappointed in the "multi-point inspection" as beyond measuring the brake pads and checking the tire pressure it seemed to be just someone ticking boxes and not actually checking anything. This was after I noted that there might be a problem with the front suspension and that Connected Drive was not connecting properly. Neither of these were noted on the paperwork. I didn't expect a full diagnosis on either of these things but there was not even a cursory look at the suspension (was not addressed in the video sent) and I will have to presume no looking for any codes being thrown when the car was connected to the computer. And not that I expected the wipers to be advised on but I'd at least expect the tech to see three year old wiper blades. Further to this it was drilled into me to sent a photo of my license and insurance card in advance for the loaner as they wanted to have that paperwork sorted beforehand. This was new from last I had been there and I had no problem with doing so. Multiple people were copied on the information based on the reply to of the email I received requesting it yet when I arrived what did your staff ask for? My license and insurance card to make a copy of them. A small annoyance as compared to the lackluster inspection but a flawed process not worthy of five star service. More

The car was promised at Noon (4 hours from drop off) and was not completed until 2 pm. Then once I arrived and paid for the service, the cashier did not tell the back to pull up my car, so after waiting was not completed until 2 pm. Then once I arrived and paid for the service, the cashier did not tell the back to pull up my car, so after waiting 10 minutes (it was a "no wash car too") I walked around back and had to bother some folks to find my keys and pull the car around. I have used your service center over the past 4 years and I really like your dealership and the Service managers.. however, this last trip was basically an all day event due to them not being realistic about when they can deliver a car. It was also just an oil change and brake fluid flush; two services that can be easily esitmted. Best, Scott More
Overall good communication and efficient servicing of my car. I only wish I had more time to decide whether or not to proceed with a shaft sensor replacement, as having waited the few extra hours meant my e car. This was an appointment for a recall. We wanted to take advantage of the fact that the car would be at the service department and add dashboard cameras. The employee that took care of us: We wanted to take advantage of the fact that the car would be at the service department and add dashboard cameras. The employee that took care of us: A Macias completely ignored our request. We call several times to ask him to install these. He misquoted the price, did not install the cameras and gave us a second estimate three times more expensive when we went to pick up the car. No communication. No integrity. Then if we were to install the cameras he would have to keep the vehicle another week. (and we were going out of the country). We complain to the service manager and requested a phone call. He did not call us back. Very unprofessional for a BMW dealer. Two weeks later I received a call on my cell phone, not from the manager but from A. Macias asking me if we have picked up our car from the service department (We were already back picked up the car two weeks prior to the call). Very strange. More
Had an appointment with Cristal and was there on time and she was working with another customer. No problem, waited the 15 minutes until she was done. She starts walking over before she stops at the walk in she was working with another customer. No problem, waited the 15 minutes until she was done. She starts walking over before she stops at the walk in line & helping her friend who just pulled up. In total, I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time before someone else came over and helped me. I was asking the service reps checking people in if someone else could help me and they told me to just keep waiting for Cristal until I asked them to move the cars behind me so I could leave. At that point another service manager came to help me. Definitely won’t be going back here. Worst customer service I experienced with BMW More
