I went to the agency today, mid-morning. They were so busy that I couldn't even be attended. I was also told, that just to check on a simple problem I'd have to leave my car there for about They were so busy that I couldn't even be attended. I was also told, that just to check on a simple problem I'd have to leave my car there for about 3 days. There were 3 people waiting for a loaner car, but none was available at the moment for anyone. I'm glad the company is doing so well but not impressed with the lack of service. I was told I could halfway across town to see if I can get service. Or out of town. Is this the famous BMW car care? I'm thinking of selling my car for one that has accessible service. It won't be a BMW. More

Lack of communication of when the car will be ready even though I had a deadline. Lack of support picking up my car and lack of communication retrieving my car. Overall took almost 4 hours to do an oil change. Another 20 minutes for my car to be driven out of the lot to me so I could leave after I arrived when they said it was done. More
Unfortunately, overall I was disappointed with the service. After the car was serviced, and they did not turn off the "Service" light so I had to return. It took multiple phone messages to get a cal service. After the car was serviced, and they did not turn off the "Service" light so I had to return. It took multiple phone messages to get a call returned to me, and I had to wait for them to cancel the light when I brought it back. They say my tires need replacing, but they sure have plenty of wear left. They advertise tire rotation, yet they did not want to rotate my tires (which would extend the life of the tires). A small thing, but there is a sign there saying every car is washed when brought in for service, it was not. They said I will need to leave the car 5 days just for them to diagnose a rattle. More
Since I had just purchased the car, this was my first visit with the BMW i3. I was well treated, and I hope that indeed the servicing will keep the car running at least for a year, as promised, maybe l visit with the BMW i3. I went in for a simple oil change at BMW Santa Monica and left with a nightmare. They didn't fully close the oil drain cap. It flew off while I was driving on the freeway, causing oil to leak everywhere. My left with a nightmare. They didn't fully close the oil drain cap. My car started malfunctioning, and I had to pull over in a panic, find a safe place to park, and then the car completely stopped working. I was stranded for three hours in the sun waiting for a tow truck. This kind of negligence is unacceptable — it could have caused a serious accident. I will definitely be looking into filing a case for negligence. I expected professionalism from a certified BMW service center, but this experience was anything but. Avoid this place if you value your car — and your safety. More
