I visit the SM-BMW Service Dept mostly for recalls (we have two 10-year-old sedans) but I've always been treated like a regular customer. There were no personnel in the parts department so I had to wait longer than necessary for service. I want for a complementary multi-point inspection which found no problems. However, a few days later a noticed my front passenger headlight out. I expect they should have noticed something awry at the inspection. Communication with service person was little difficult due to them having a heavy accent and potentially not understanding my questions. More

SM BMW also has extended hours, you can drop your car at 7am and pick it up anytime before 7pm. More
