I consider communication to be an essential part of service for a car dealership. My son dropped off my car for simple, basic tire repair/replacement, covered under my wheel/tire warranty that was pur service for a car dealership. The service was completed at the end of the day, but the communication between my service technician, my son (whose availability to pick up my car was limited) and myself was terrible. I left a voicemail and a message with the service receptionist for home to call me back about the logistics and cost (should not be any) of the repair. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. This is not the first time this has happened. Service was fine, communication was not. More
