If you want a loaner- you better plan ahead- at least two weeks! I have an issue with my car that the HVAC makes a smell, they said I would have to pay for it do be addressed- this is a 6 mo old 100k car. If weeks! I got a phone solicitation to bring my car in for service. I was offered a free tire alignment and complimentary Uber ride to my office if I would make an appt., so I did. I wouldn't have made the s service. I was offered a free tire alignment and complimentary Uber ride to my office if I would make an appt., so I did. I wouldn't have made the service appt but for the representation. The service rep didn't know anything about the promotion I was offered, but after I visited with a person behind another window, who then had to speak with the service rep and convince him such a thing must have been offered to me, the service rep finished the paperwork and sent me over to a desk, behind which, a person offered to hook me up with Uber but requested a $15 fee. Not wishing to repeat the promotion litany, I walked out and ordered my own Uber. Please don't call me if the staff doesn't know what you are offering. You owe me an Uber ride. More
