Every time I spoke to the service advisor (Manfred) I found out what he told me the call before was a lie. He makes ups stuff. I called the service manager (Danny Gonzolas?) 3 times and only got VM. I asked him to please call me back to discuss my car and he never once called me back. VERY POOR follow up and VERY adversarial when I suggested disconnecting the battery and reseting the fault codes to see if what they were getting was accurate. After a bunch back and forth and after approving and doing $4000+ worth of work - the advisor comes back to say by battery is bad. Who knows if I even needed the work performed and paid for??? More

I took my X7 for service there once they had it ready they complained about there BMW x5 which was a loaner car for a tiny scratch and they hit my brand new car and decided to not say nothing.
