Not to highlight one individual more than another, but my service rep Chris Myers was very knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation of services available to suit my car’s needs. I went in for one service and he talked me into additional, and much needed service. Customer experience alone was a bonus. Succinct communication, and most importantly, great service. The vehicle was was spotless when I picked it up. I’ve been to 9 dealerships in California and countless more back in New York, Santa Monica takes top prize. Don’t forget to ask to see the vintage typewriter keyboard. More

The drop-off and service went smooth, but picking up the car was a strange experience. They couldn't find my car key, so I couldn't drive home. Took 3 weeks to get an appointment with a loaner car.
