Car was fixed quickly! The only downside is the loaner car experience. Having to make an appt for a car then the daily limit on miles are very inconvenient! I do not live in SM so I lost miles just getting home & the my commute to DTLA…. 50 miles per day in LA is not realistic! And other BMW dealerships in area do not have this practice. More
