Have top to bottom warranty…have a slow leak in tire, yet was unable to get tire fixed. Why did I pay extra for tire warranty? Reason: we don’t see physical damage to the tire. No proactive communication from Service department. I had to leave a voicemails and email as well. In my attempts to get a hold of my rep, I was hung up on and sent to the wrong inbox. I was upsold. I was also charged more online than was on the printed invoice at the dealership. The cashier said the rep would call me to reconcile this; I am still waiting for the call despite an email and voicemail. Great quality of work, but the customer service needs to improve. I also paid online and per the prompts, set a time for my car to be ready; despite that I waited 20 minutes for my car. None of these issues by themselves are a big deal, but lots of little issues adds up to a less than stellar experience. I am a BMW lifer, but given the brand and expense I believe a better customer experience should be expected. More

He monitored the process, notified me of issues and progress and even met me at the driveway when I returned to collect the car. Fortunately I did score a great loner to use. Sadly, I had a large bill for the necessary corrections, but the car was trouble free until last week. Thank you Cesar and thanks, too, to all who made my experience a success. More
