This visit was terrible from beginning to end. I have been going to this location for years and never had such trouble. The receptionist was rude and got my info incorrect, my appointment was chan I have been going to this location for years and never had such trouble. The receptionist was rude and got my info incorrect, my appointment was changed and when I arrived it was like I was a bother, I was not allowed to buy/order a tire over the phone (so I went elsewhere), my car took 20 minutes to come to me at pick up, and no one responded to my text messages. Needless to say I was less than satisfied. More
