Brought my car in for a recall. Decided to get an oil change for my diesel X5. Smelled burning smell when I got home. Have left multiple messages with service center and no one will return my call on this matter. Save your time and your car and go somewhere else More

I was told that my brake pads would need replacing soon. My regular service garage found that to be unverifiable. This was the 2nd time I was given a report of an unnecessary service. Everyone is looking for business. But this was not appreciated. More
