Had to return to the dealership b/c they didn’t adjust the the system to the fact that they performed the service and the message kept popping up. When changing the tire the wheel was left filthy with bla the the system to the fact that they performed the service and the message kept popping up. They also didn’t cancel the original appt I had (came in a week earlier) even though I told the staff to cancel it, and kept getting g texts and messages about the appt I thought we canceled. More
I had to bring my car 3 times. First time they returned my car super dirty after saying i could pick it up in an hour or so after they washed it. They didn’t wash it. I was advised to bring it back because they had to order parts. Second time I had an appointment two weeks later (assumed the parts had arrived) and loaner reserved. received a loaner that had less than 1/4 tank of It. Also, they kept the car overnight and then said they didn’t have the parts to I had to bring it back a third time. Third time they allegedly fixed the squeak when the steering wheel turns by replacing the tire rods, but it still squeaks. This was an ordeal, very inconvenient and frustrating. More

Bill Evans, Danny Gonzales and Jimmy went "above and beyond" to solve a problem that shouldn't have happened in the first place but made good on it. After a routine oil change at the dealership a large oil slick appeared under my car in my garage. After BMW Roadside service failed abysmally to get my car towed in, Bill sent Jimmy and an assistant to my home who fixed the problem, cleaned up my garage and brought me a loaner while SM BMW steam cleaned my engine and then returned my car to me. These guys turned what could have been a disaster into a "stand-up" job. Much appreciated. More

I’m grateful as I ran over a tree on freeway puncturing my front tire. I went to Santa Monica BMW location. Luckily they had a replacement tire.
