Santa Monica BMW - Service Center

Service Advisor Chris did not even do the bare minimum to provide service & communicate. He did not ensure thorough completion of nor convey accurate results of major service covered under extended service a provide service & communicate. He did not ensure thorough completion of nor convey accurate results of major service covered under extended service agreement; passed me off to another advisor who clearly couldn’t care less & didn’t provide any information at the end of the day when I was briefly texted that my car was ready to pick up & when it was too late to arrange an Uber to come back to BMW. When I did come back the very next morning to try to speak with someone, both Advisors were off that day. Consequently, I had to speak with mechanics on my own to get necessary information, have covered part ordered, then bring car back to complete service with a much more helpful advisor, Manfred. Lando in Parts was extremely kind, helpful & personally followed through with me, which made the whole experience tolerable. With the exception of Lando & Manfred, Santa Monica BMW Service deserves its terrible reputation. More

Ceaser and Jose were extremely helpful and professional! ! I've been to this location a couple of times and found my experiences to be decent. Whereas, my most recent visit was the best I have had. Prices are significantly higher than other BMW dealer service centers. I have not had an issue with work done, team is nice enough, but I will not go here for a repair or service that isn’t covered by wa service centers.
