Couple of pieces of feedback: 1) Asked for value service that was offered, the quote I received was higher and had to push for the value service. 2) Condition based service said I needed to replace other things (spark plugs, filters, etc.) which after checking with a couple of other centers would not have been necessary due to the low milage. Not knowing at the time, spent $600 more than was needed. 3) Process is pretty inefficient, there are separate people for every single step with wait times. The process of check-in until I had my loaner took almost 40 minutes which seems unnecessary. More
