Santa Monica BMW is not my normal service center, I stopped by to get a last minute oil service completed. I understand I did not have a scheduled appointment, but I opted to choose those specific loca stopped by to get a last minute oil service completed. I understand I did not have a scheduled appointment, but I opted to choose those specific location to potentially make my permanent Service Department. I appreciate them performing said items I purchased, but will not be returning. In blatant terms, I did not feel welcomed, out of place, an inconvenience, and judged. More
