I’m sure the sales side is as wonderful of an experience as can be. The service side however, is about as bad as it gets! Only after leaving two voicemails did I hear back. When I was told the car was ready, I showed up 10min later to pay only to find there was an added charge for alignment which was not discussed nor approved but apparently necessary for a blown out tire (I’m not a mechanic so I guess I have to take their word for it). After paying, waited nothing short of 40min just to have them pull the car around. After 30min, I finally had to raise a little xxxx to get anything out of these folks. Definitely will not be getting any service done at this location again. I’ll happily drive out to the valley to avoid Santa Monica BMW More
