My car was kept for two days with a late afternoon notice to come retrieve the car by 7pm. I called the advisor to find out the status of what was done because I saw little evidence of any significant work o to come retrieve the car by 7pm. The advisor did not call me back after at least two voicemails and text messages. When I picked up the car, the person at the desk agreed that it appeared that two spark plugs were changed and tire pressure adjusted? The car was filthy with dust and dirt, not even vacuumed and the battery was not charged. The loaner was a very basic car too. Grabby brakes and all four tires spin when accelerating? I left a message for the advisor to have Bill follow up with me the next day. No calls. Waste of a lot of time. Brandon who assisted with the car and Damian at the loaner counter was very nice. More

Pablo took my issue even when I was late for my appoint. Which was nice of him. However, the wait time to just get engine oil was 4+ hours. The person who greeted me when I pulled my car up was nice. He told the guy behind me that I was first but the guy in the back still cut the line and went to the service agent. I hold her (service agent) that I was in front of him but she didn’t seem to care. Originally I was going to wait for the car but now I have to wait for this guy’s car so I decided to go home. Since it was just an oil change I had to pay $15 for a ride home and back. No other dealerships that I’ve been to does that. The one in Alhambra will even give me a free rental to use. More

Santa Monica BMW provides a consistently poor customer experience. The vehicle is never ready when they call me for collection, and I always spend at least 30 minutes standing in the street waiting for th experience.
