I cannot say enough about the Manager, Daniel who listened and treated me so very well. I have owned 3 BMWs and love the cars.. now the treatment, when there was a problem (I fell, missed a step by t listened and treated me so very well. A simple diagnostic evaluation to determine the root cause for a check engine light could not be resolved. Repeated calls to the service agent went unanswered. Dealership did not provide timely updates on my vehicle. They did not have loaner cars even though they had my car over 4 days. I picked up my car and the same issue was occurring so it went back in the sho They did not have loaner cars even though they had my car over 4 days. I picked up my car and the same issue was occurring so it went back in the shop again. They used to have car washes and I asked why it was not washed and they said it was broken. I had to ask a lot of questions just to get answers. Very poor service! More
