Service was horrible and I was scammed. The service was $27 and I was charged way over $580. When. I came into the dealership it was for my service light being on due to the milage. Shane gave me a quote for breaker fluid for an estimate of $500, not knowing how much this actually was and trusting the service I assumed this was the accurate price. I also showed him the light and asked him if he was sure and thats all. When I got my car back it was filthy, I had to ask them to wash it even though this should be provided with the service. Also, later when I looked at my invoice I noticed that they only charged my $27 for the actual service and charged over $500 worth of service fees, which was not explained to me at all. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of especially when I am getting serviced at a luxury dealership. The service was absolutely horrific and the worst service I have ever experienced, I have been to Porsche dealerships for my previous car and the service start to finish was amazing and they broke down every price and update my throughout as well to make sure I understood and was comfortable. I will never come back to this location and never recommend this location to anyone. It is a complete scam and rip off and absolute terrible service. More

Will not be back anymore. Had to pay multiple diagnostic fees for the same issue that we have had in the past and Chris was extremely rude and unprofessional. Who says that to a person that is frustrated with the service. 4 times now we brought it back for the same issue. BMW puts a bandaid over things so they can comeback and get screwed again. More
