He finally discounted it and said i hope you know i don’t owe you anything and looks at us through the tops of his eyes like we were his kids or something. I was shocked. Who says that to a person that is frustrated with the service. 4 times now we brought it back for the same issue. BMW puts a bandaid over things so they can comeback and get screwed again. More

After having a bad experience with my old BMW I took a break from Santa Monica BMW. When my new car needed an oil change, I decided to give them another try. Terrible mistake! I asked the Service guy t break from Santa Monica BMW. When my new car needed an oil change, I decided to give them another try. Terrible mistake! I asked the Service guy to check the pressure in my four tires and to rotate them; he did neither thing and the pressure is still off in my four tires after getting the car back from Service. I asked the Service guy why my "Check Engine" light kept going on. In fairness, it was not "on" when I dropped off the car, but the point that I made was that it comes on for a few days, then goes off, then comes back on. Clearly something is wrong, and I have no idea what, which is why I asked Service to look into it. Then ... and this is just really annoying ... I asked when the car would be ready, and I was told later in the afternoon. Less than 2 hours later I received a call that it was ready -- after I already paid for my own Uber to go to my Office (this is the ONLY Car Dealership I have EVER had to pay for my own ride to the Office!), and scheduled some appointments that I would have delayed, and just waited to pick up the car rather than have to pay for a ride in both directions. Well, of course the car was ready early -- they did NOT do 2 out of the 3 things I asked them to do. I will NEVER go back to SAnta Monica BMW and neither should YOU! More
