Thank you to the service team for the 5 start treatment. It was a busy afternoon when I was picking up my car and returning my loaner, but there was one person that went out of his way to make sure I was ta It was a busy afternoon when I was picking up my car and returning my loaner, but there was one person that went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of from grabbing my loaner from the parking lot, to checking it, to making sure my paperwork was at the cashier, to making sure I didn't wait too long to get my car. The final outcome was fine, job got done, and Wheel and Tire Package company covered the cost, as they should, is the only reason I'm putting 2 stars instead of 1. If it was just about the service and communication by SM BMW it would definitely be a 1 star. Communication extremely poor. Leave messages and no response for half a day. Literally had to come in physically to get an update. Came in one morning for an update and told parts would be ordered and we would know the approximate timing of arrival. I didn't have time to stay to hear the news and asked my Service Advisor Alex to call me sometime, anytime, that day to give me the ETA. No call, no communication. Since there were no loaners available, and literally no effort to even check if a loaner could/would be available, I had to rent a car. So the lack of communication when I'm spending over $100 per day on a rental exacerbates the annoyance of the whole process. I will now go out of my way to use another BMW Service Department. More

I dropped off my car on Saturday morning for a 9:45am standard oil change. At no point during the scheduling of that appointment or the drop-off was I informed that the service center would be closing at standard oil change. At no point during the scheduling of that appointment or the drop-off was I informed that the service center would be closing at 2pm and not re-opening until MONDAY morning. I was informed at 1:30pm that my car was ready and by the time I got there, I could not get my car because the service center was closed. Had I known about that possibility, I would not have patiently waited for them to text me when it was done and would have pushed to get my car before closing, as I need my car for work first thing Monday morning. This was an extremely frustrating experience to say the least. More
