Very poor experience, will never return and will now opt to drive completely across town to go to a different BMW. Complete lack of communication. No one updated me on my vehicle after one week, which has n to drive completely across town to go to a different BMW. Complete lack of communication. No one updated me on my vehicle after one week, which has not been similar to prior experiences at either this BMW or others. Was never able to speak with a manager. Was told I could not have my vehicle back while parts that were on back order were getting ordered. Eventually my vehicle was released to me after 14 days (without anything being fixed), and the necessary parts were never ordered. I never heard from anyone again. It has been a month and I have since started working with another BMW towards a resolution and the experience has been the complete opposite. Would never recommend this BMW and will never return. More

We always bring our cars to this location, but this time the service agent Alex was rude, short tempered, and non-responsive. The car was there for 3 days and we needed a loaner after several attempts to co the service agent Alex was rude, short tempered, and non-responsive. The car was there for 3 days and we needed a loaner after several attempts to contact him he finally told us to pick up a loaner. We rushed over with traffic only to go home to have a text from his say the car is ready? I asked 3 times when will the car be ready and he kept saying a couple more days. Also when we got there instead of saying hi he just said rudely "go there" to the rental department. Not an experience SM BMW should be proud of and we will never go back to Alex again More

My service manager Chris is always helpful and tells me about specials and such. I had not much trouble getting a loner car. Work was done on time. Smooth operation, no issues. Appreciate the Uber accommodation. Only problem was with me -- as I had the 15%-0ff card with me but forgot to present it! I have finally given up on this dealership for service. Communication and follow-through is horrible (a message left for the service manager is never responded to, for example), and they think it’s okay to Communication and follow-through is horrible (a message left for the service manager is never responded to, for example), and they think it’s okay to not provide any information to the customer but instead rely on only digital communication. And they always go out of their way to point out service items that are not yet timely, I.e., an oil change not due for months and thousands of miles, to increase your bill. More
