The service was good. Bill Evans, my service provider and he was great. Best service provider I've worked with yet at this BMW service location. When I picked my car up, I took a wet wipe to clean off the steering wheel. I used two wet wipes and they were totally dirty/brown from cleaning off the steering wheel (likely from the mechanics driving the car with dirty hands). BWM Santa Monica: If you could please put steering wheel covers on steering wheels when service is being done so this doesn't happen again, that would be great. Also, when I picked up my car, the car smelled kind of funky. Also, the wait time for someone to bring my car out took much longer than it could of. I had to walk back inside to ask someone to call my car out a second time. More
