The people are friendly but it is very hard to get s loaner car (often have to wait several weeks for one to be available). They "repaired" my car for $1900 and less than 400 miles later I had the same loaner car (often have to wait several weeks for one to be available). Cesar is great, attentive, explains everything. He got me in and out in less than a day. Also, Cesar was good enough to let me know before the work began that the faulty hose would cost around $250. But I was shocked to learn that my overall cost at pickup was more than $900 owing to more than $600 in labor costs. Not that the mechanics don't deserve it, just that if you're letting me know what the parts cost before work begins, why not also let me know an estimated labor cost too so I'm mentally prepared? More
