I had to wait almost 25 minutes for my car after paying for it and going out front. The car was not washed. I recently converted from Audi whose service always gave you back a washed car. I dropped my car off for routine servicing on Wednesday and was told I'd receive a phone call the next day. By the following Tuesday, I hadn't heard anything, so I called the dealership myself to check. M and was told I'd receive a phone call the next day. My car was ready for pickup, and according to the invoice, had actually been ready since the previous Thursday (the day after I'd dropped it off). I received no explanation of why there was such a lack of communication. I had my other vehicle in the week prior and the service was great, so I hope this was a one-off. More
