Needs to improve follow up communication with clients. You should call back when you say will call back and/or when a client asks for an update, especially when the update is in regards to how long their You should call back when you say will call back and/or when a client asks for an update, especially when the update is in regards to how long their respective car will be in your care. Not having a car for an anticipated 2-3 days is much different than a week or so. No prob about a delay in receiving parts or if a tire needs some extra time to be submitted for warranty reimbursement- just let your client know. Also, perhaps have the person whom initially receives the call for the services dept be updated regarding the cars that are in your care— makes your dept sound less organized when that person answers panicked or has an extended delay in their response.
