A+ He was able to get me a discount accommodation on an ongoing issue with my turn signals and taillights that I first reported to my previous adv A+ He was able to get me a discount accommodation on an ongoing issue with my turn signals and taillights that I first reported to my previous advisor who stated that they had been diagnosed and checked and that there was no issue while my vehicle was still under warranty last year, which was not the case. Because of this fact, I will still be opening a claim with BMW of North America for the expense I incurred with the defective LCI taillights — a very common defect for 2018-2020 model years that’s all over BMW forums and the internet. I am very pleased that Chris was able to get to the bottom of the issue and finally get it fixed. The service experience was top notch and communicated clearly and professionally. However, there is some work to be done with the customer experience: -Hours on your website and Google aren’t accurate. These only reflect sales hours and need to clearly spell out sales AND service hours to the customer. I came to pick up my vehicle at 5 on Saturday to which I was rudely informed by some of the sales staff about the service hours and that I wouldn’t be able to pick up my car until Monday. I communicated my dissatisfaction and explained the importance of accurate hours for the customer and that whoever is in charge of search engine optimization for the dealership needs to correct this. I was told I wasn’t the only one who showed up to pick up their car after hours. -When my car was delivered to me, it hadn’t been washed like Chris and I had discussed. I also stated I’d like it to be washed in the service remarks when I first made the appointment, just in case. I think it’s important that every customer’s car is washed when it’s delivered to them, especially when they requested it. I think this is important, constructive feedback to have a conversation around with the wash/detail team. More
Came in for a flat tire. Didn’t bother to check my other tires, I had to ask them to check the other ones. I thought that’s what you pay for when going to a dealer for service. Should have just taken it to a tire shop instead. More
The dealers service area looks and smells so bad. The sales customer lounge in dealership is like a Kia dealership. The waiting area in service area next to exist smells urine and it was disgusting. I had to wait almost 25 minutes for my car after paying for it and going out front. The car was not washed. I recently converted from Audi whose service always gave you back a washed car.
