My car broke down the day I brought it home then they fixed it and it broke down again which they said I had to pay another 2k after paying 8k they never gave me a detailed explanation what they did. They did tell me that they triple check the car but it still broke down. They didn’t have a loner car and I had to rent a car. They don’t know how to repair cars and charge over the top amount. Appointment was easy to make, staff was courteous, and it took less time than I anticipated, considering high number of vehicles waiting maintenance. I brought my 2019 330i in for a routine oil change and was told I needed an additional service check that cost an additional $250. When asked why my car needed this check, the service rep could not explai was told I needed an additional service check that cost an additional $250. When asked why my car needed this check, the service rep could not explain himself, only that he would not reset my service light if I did not agree to the check. After the service was complete, I did not receive any proof of service or a detailed invoice showing what had been done, only that my car passed the inspection. I have been bringing my cars to this location for over a decade and have never had such bad service. Very disappointed. More
