I was called on Thursday to pick up my car, I came on Friday and my car was still in the shop with the hood open. They made me wait an hour. When I received my car, passenger restraint function error was Friday and my car was still in the shop with the hood open. They made me wait an hour. When I received my car, passenger restraint function error was on and the backseat very dirty. I asked what was going on, they took my car in for another 30 minutes and told me that the technician who changed the AC filter didn't connect the airbag. After I left, I realized that oil change wasn't done although I was told in initial dropoff that it would be done. I paid $1630.66 for a tire and AC filter replacement and that wasn't even done properly. I will be unlikely to have any desire to use BMW Santa Monica in the future. More

The staff have a real couldn’t care less attitude, they capitalize on the exclusivity of being the nearest service centre and as such, have NO idea what good customer service is! I was able to make a service appointment with no issue. They addressed and fixed the issue in two days. My only complaint was that loaner cars are unavailable.
