Car had a defective roof seal that caused some components to be damaged by rain, they wanted $3500 to fix the problem. Finance told me the warranty I had puerchased was an extended warranty that covered the to be damaged by rain, they wanted $3500 to fix the problem. Finance told me the warranty I had puerchased was an extended warranty that covered the same as a new car warranty. Service disagreed and said a new car warranty would have covered the issue, buy mine didnt. Shady. More

Consistently terrible service for 5 years. This service department has never had a loaner available. Previous visits fail to complete basic services such as filling the windshield fluid, rese This service department has never had a loaner available. Previous visits fail to complete basic services such as filling the windshield fluid, resetting the clock, and most recently refilling the almost full gas tank at drop off, which was emptied to perform certain tests and returned with 65 miles to empty. The recent visit also included very poor communication about the problem, how long it would take, and when the car was ready. I had to call multiple times for 4 days. This is the closest service department, but I will consider driving further, because the service was even worse this time. More
