Never going back to Santa Monica BMW! Suza was the main reason this didn’t get 1 star. Having to argue to have the Service Advisor and Tech do honest work is not the experience anyone wan Suza was the main reason this didn’t get 1 star. Luckily they finally did what I asked and my bill was only 2x the original estimate, not 4x. More
