Mistake for me to take car here Within 3 hours far was smoking and leaking! They had car for five days and then had to take it back for another 2 days didn’t have a loner car til I complained then they of smoking and leaking! They had car for five days and then had to take it back for another 2 days didn’t have a loner car til I complained then they offered me one I paid over 8000 and he said he has the best mechanics and then they find another leak and problem when it wasn’t like that when I brought it in! They said they did a test drive but I drove 12 miles and it heated up leaked and thought the car was fling to blow up! They made my carpet dirty and forgot to put wipers on and or repair a small item. Very unprofessional and actually don’t think they told me the truth! More

My recent encounter with the service department at BMW Santa Monica has been a nightmare. We initially agreed on a price and service for my vehicle, and I expected a reputable establishment like BMW Santa Santa Monica has been a nightmare. We initially agreed on a price and service for my vehicle, and I expected a reputable establishment like BMW Santa Monica to honor that commitment. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of broken promises and unprofessional conduct. After reaching an agreement, they inexplicably broke their promise on their commitment and refused to perform the agreed-upon service. This sudden change left me utterly frustrated and questioning the integrity of the dealership. Such deceptive practices are unacceptable and tarnish the reputation of a brand like BMW. Adding insult to injury, the General Manager refused to return my calls, demonstrating a lack of accountability and customer care. This lack of responsiveness only exacerbated the situation. Furthermore, the service manager, Danny, not only failed to address my concerns but resorted to threatening behavior. He threatened to involve the police if I didn't return the loaner vehicle immediately, all while I desperately sought a response from the General Manager. This experience has been nothing short of disheartening, and I feel compelled to share this unfortunate situation with others. Future customers should be aware of the potential for unfulfilled commitments and misleading practices when dealing with the service department at BMW Santa Monica. More

Friendly and professional work; loaner car program is great. Only complaint is about length of time getting the car back after work done and loaner returned-about 15 minutes.
