I have been a customer at Santa Monica BMW for the past 3 yrs and the customer service is superb! Cesar the service manager and his team always take of me and my high mileage 5 series! His Service technician yrs and the customer service is superb! Cesar the service manager and his team always take of me and my high mileage 5 series! His Service technicians are the best in the business and always go above and beyond! My 5 series has 118k and drives like it’s brand new straight from the factory! I had got a wheel alignment service at Santa Monica BMW and appeared that my steering wheel isn't straight anymore, it's turned 1 o'clock.
