The lead shop Forman is an A$$h0le. My car was not fixed. The Forman claimed it is within a specification and nothing he could do. All he was concerned with was how he was going to bill back the parts or labor to BMW. And on top of it all I had to wait 2 days to find this all out. More

It seems to me, Bill was not helpful at all dealing with my extended warranty that covers most of the repairs and refused to look at my coverages that are written black and white in my contract.
