Santa Monica BMW - Service Center

i bought my car directly from the owner of Santa Monica BMW. i purchased many "extra" repair/maintenance policies. i have discovered that one policy i was specifically told i had that, in fact, i do not. BMW. i purchased many "extra" repair/maintenance policies. i have discovered that one policy i was specifically told i had that, in fact, i do not. after spending literally several hours with some third party insurance company that handled that particular policy and being denied, i called the owner of Santa Monica BMW. i did not hear back from him. in addition, i was told that i could see him on a particular day and time. when i showed up, he was not there. he has never returned the several messages i left for him. i consider this poor customer service. More
