Visited one year ago. Didn’t fix the recall. Broke down in the OC. Had to have my car towed at my expense. The recall is now fixed. However, 2 days later service light is Didn’t fix the recall. Broke down in the OC. Had to have my car towed at my expense. The recall is now fixed. However, 2 days later service light is on. Need oil change and brake fluid. This should have been done when my car was there a few days ago. My complaints continue but time is money and I’ll end it here. Very very very disappointed. More

Prices are high. Wait times are long however techs are friendly and knowledgeable. It’s also convenient. I would likely use them again for complex issues in occasion. The service dept rep (Pablo) was not very friendly or helpful. Although my car did get serviced and completed on other work needed, he was a bit sour in tone. When i an additional question about how to turn off motion sensor inside the car (if i lock the door and my dog inside the car, how do i turn off alarm inside the car if dog moves around) , he told me to check the manual. I brought the manual to him, and he still did not answer my question and told me to go next door and ask. this was an unbelievable response considering I was at the service dept. Previously I have worked with Chris Meyers who was great. More
