Santa Monica BMW - Service Center

SMBMW called me when my service was completed, Uber picked me up at my house in Marina Del Rey, when I arrived at SMBMW they asked me if I wanted my car washed, I said that was part of the service, why picked me up at my house in Marina Del Rey, when I arrived at SMBMW they asked me if I wanted my car washed, I said that was part of the service, why call me when the car wasn't ready, then my car came out half washed, i said what's this? He told me that I was in a hurry, I told him I wasn't in a hurry, they called and said my car was ready, needless to say, it was a bad experience. More

I took my car to get its yearly service. My tire pressure was fine when I came in and my car was pretty clean. Visited one year ago. Didn’t fix the recall. Broke down in the OC. Had to have my car towed at my expense. The recall is now fixed. However, 2 days later service light is Didn’t fix the recall. This should have been done when my car was there a few days ago. My complaints continue but time is money and I’ll end it here. Very very very disappointed. More

Prices are high. Wait times are long however techs are friendly and knowledgeable. It’s also convenient. I would likely use them again for complex issues in occasion.
