The service dept rep (Pablo) was not very friendly or helpful. Although my car did get serviced and completed on other work needed, he was a bit sour in tone. When i an additional question about how to turn off motion sensor inside the car (if i lock the door and my dog inside the car, how do i turn off alarm inside the car if dog moves around) , he told me to check the manual. I brought the manual to him, and he still did not answer my question and told me to go next door and ask. this was an unbelievable response considering I was at the service dept. Previously I have worked with Chris Meyers who was great. More

I brought in a clean car - gave instructions not to wash - while they did not wash, they left an excessive amount of greasy/oily finger and palm prints on the hood, drivers door, and rear bumper.
