My recent experience was terribly disappointing. The communication was awful, from drop off to the video about the car, to awaiting the estimate. That’s to say nothing of the tremendously exaggerated list of repairs needed & the cost to do so. My estimate for $14,500 was finally given to me by TEXT, after 5 requests. Needless to say, I promptly picked up my car and went elsewhere-never to return to the dealer I’d trusted with my car for over 3 years. Btw, they had excessively over-charged me. I got my car repaired properly-taking care of what was REALLY wrong-for just over $4,000, More

Everyone in Service Department was very friendly and helpful. The car wash was amazing. As always, it was very easy to work with Mr. Cesar Pleitez.
