I had a great experience from start to finish Easy to make an appointment Rolled in at my appointment and was seen right away- was sent to Chris who was my advisor. I was sent home in an Uber that SM BMW provided and waited for an update. I was updated quickly and was given time estimates. Everything was very efficient and pleasant. Once my car was done, another Uber was arranged. The check out process was great and my car was returned clean. Great experience More

Brought my car in for a the front collision car randomly braking. It was there for over a week and I picked it up with them doing basically nothing to fix the issue and the car auto braked again immediately braking. It was there for over a week and I picked it up with them doing basically nothing to fix the issue and the car auto braked again immediately the same day of picking the car up. This is a serious safety issue that should be taken more seriously and fixed. More

I asked this person if they worked in the same facility and could she find out. She finally did, but not without me suggesting it. More
