I had a great experience from start to finish Easy to make an appointment Rolled in at my appointment and was seen right away- was sent to Chris who was my advisor. I was sent home in an Uber that SM B make an appointment Rolled in at my appointment and was seen right away- was sent to Chris who was my advisor. I was sent home in an Uber that SM BMW provided and waited for an update. I was updated quickly and was given time estimates. Everything was very efficient and pleasant. Brought my car in for a the front collision car randomly braking. It was there for over a week and I picked it up with them doing basically nothing to fix the issue and the car auto braked again immediately braking.
