I came in to the dealership at 3:45 pm needing a new tire for my i3 per my tire warranty that I had obtained following the advice of the sales staff when I purchased my car from Santa Monica BMW. Bill Evans in the Service Department pulled a hat trick by obtaining a very late in the day approval from the insurer and sent me a text message at 5:45pm to let me know my freshly washed car was ready for me to pick up! Who could possibly ask for a more rapid turn around? Mr. Evans is an incredibly nice and friendly person who made my experience all the more enjoyable for what would otherwise have been a very stressful ordeal. More

The service department is top rate. The only complaint I have is that it always takes a long time (after your car is ready and you pay) from when they say they are bringing your car ar The only complaint I have is that it always takes a long time (after your car is ready and you pay) from when they say they are bringing your car around to when they actually bring your car around. Not sure what the disconnect is, but this happens every time I've been there that another service person usually notices me waiting, or I have to ask a couple of times and give them my ticket number a few times, before the car comes around. Seems an easy problem to fix -- everything else works great. More

Now that warranties are expired won't be returning. Can't hear mechanic on video with loud background music. BH much better to deal with.
