Sarasota Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT

We were visiting Florida when my husband accidently swam in the ocean with the keys in his pocket. Of course this ruined the keys. We were then stranded in Siesta keys and we were staying in Rotonda. In the process our hidden key got locked in the car. Aaaah, what next. I first spoke with Bob who got Fred to come pick me up at the beach and bring me to the dealership so we could get a key to open the car so the tow truck driver could get us in there and have a new key programmed. Fred was so sweet and kind, what a gentlemen. He encouraged me that all would be ok. At first they were unable to find my key in their stock, so we were going to have to wait until the next day to get our van, as you can imagine I was so frustrated because this meant I was going to have to rent a car to go back to Rotonda, Aaron searched hard and found a key in the stock that wasn't listed on the computer, so when I got to the dealership I got good news that we would be able to get that key programmed, however it was 4:00 and the dealership closed at 5:30, we weren't sure we could get it all done but Bob quickly called and got us a tow truck right there and Fred so willingly went back to the beach and picked up my family. The tow truck driver arrived within minutes and they got me to the beach and back, we were able to get my key programmed and we were on the road. You would think that would be enough but then in our haste to leave we left our diaper bag at the dealership. The next morning I called in right away and found that yes we had left the bag, I drove back to Sarasota to get it and on my way there my light came on saying my tire was low. Talk about your frustration. I was really worried but when I got to the dealership and I told Bob what had happened he said pull it into the garage and we will look at it. David was very sweet and attached the hoses to check the tires and let me know all was well and that it was just a sensor. We were then able to travel back to Indiana without fear of having a flat tire. I am so thankful for all of the guys that had any hand in helping us in our time of need on our vacation. Everyone was so very nice and helpful and I can never express how much I truly appreciate each and everyone of them. Thanks to everyone especially Fred and Bob. My Angels!!!! More

I saw the vehicle that I liked, sent an email inquiring, had an immediate call back from a very professional salesman, Brian Smith, who helped me to understand the vehicle, the options, and was very persona had an immediate call back from a very professional salesman, Brian Smith, who helped me to understand the vehicle, the options, and was very personable through the process. They approved my financing over the phone and got me an excellent rate within an hour so that I didn't need to hassle with that if I arrived and decided to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was pristine, better than the pictures and the process of getting it into my custody was fast (about an hour total). They even drove my old car home for me the next day (over 50 miles away). I had some follow up inquiries, and Brian answered my questions spot on, one with an a returned email at 9PM after I had sent an email at 8PM, thinking I wouldn't here back at least till the next morning. The Sunset Auto Group is a joke. I went in looking at a used car at there used lot. The salesman was nice and informative but when it came time to value my trade it went down hill. Lou Mallozzi was the used car manager that valued the trade and let me tell you this guy fit the typical mold for a used car salesman if you catch my drift. Sweet Lou valued my trade at several thousand less than the sister store five miles up the road. By the way they offered no price reduction on their vehicle. He claimed the fuel prices contributed to the lower value of my trade, my response was I visited your other lot just 6 days ago, fuel went up that much that quickly? That was rhetorical of course! I even supplied him with documentation of the offer from his other lot. He had nothing to say so I left and ended up buying a car in Orlando. Watch out for this place and this character, he is a beaut! More

Very worst experience at a New car dealership. I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness. They could care less about whether you buy a car from them or not. I wanted to trade-in my car never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness. They could care less about whether you buy a car from them or not. I wanted to trade-in my car which is a low miles cream-puff and they did nothing but say bad things about it and how they couldn't give me more money for without raising the price of the car I wanted to buy??? What???? I will never return and will not have anything good to say about this dealership. More
