Cannot say enough great things about Weslie and his team. I felt so well taken care while bringing in my Expedition as my AC went out. I brought my Lightning in for recall service. Making the appointment was easy compared to other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. They answer the phones and direct you to the correct adv Making the appointment was easy compared to other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. They answer the phones and direct you to the correct advisor. When I arrived, I was met promptly and after we took care of all paperwork, was given a loaner as well. During this service, also had the truck bed sprayed. All work was done within reasonable amount of time. When I picked up my truck, it had not been cleaned and there was some grime in interior as well. A little disappointing leading to only 4 stars. Otherwise, a good experience. Would not hesitate to refer friends and family to this dealership More
