Best dealership/service center in the area! Sarasota ford is the only place I will take my vehicle. The customer service and quality of service is fantastic. Horrible customer service I recently made a 10 am appointment on a Saturday for an oil change and check engine light in my 2011 F250. I left my truck with Anthony my designated I recently made a 10 am appointment on a Saturday for an oil change and check engine light in my 2011 F250. I left my truck with Anthony my designated service advisor. By 1:30pm I had not heard anything from the dealership about my truck. I tried texting my service advisor, Anthony, through their automated service, in which Anthony replied that he would check with the manager of diesel repair department. I did not hear anything back. At 4:30 I tried calling my service advisor and he never once answered. I spoke with a female who told me they would have my truck until Tuesday. I explained this was unacceptable and she places me on hold to try and find an answer. 20 minutes later Anthony comes on the phone and tells me he is trying to find out what is going on with my truck. Granted they have had my truck for 6 1/2 hours by this time. I was furious to say the least, especially because when I made the appointment I explained my truck was used for work. I then went up to the dealership just before 6pm, to learn the service department closed at 4pm. The sales manager did not even have the service manager's number and no one had a clue where my truck was. I was beyond pissed at this point. 45 minutes later they find my truck and had done absolutely no work to it!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. NOT ONE PHONE CALL TO INFORM ME OF THE SITUATION AFTER HAVING MY TRUCK FOR 7 1/'2 HOURS. HORRIBLE! More

Terrible customer service. I purchased a brand new Mustang GT Track Package Premium, a $40,000 car, bought the extended warranty, and extended wheel and tire warranty. Had the h I purchased a brand new Mustang GT Track Package Premium, a $40,000 car, bought the extended warranty, and extended wheel and tire warranty. Had the high horn go out, the window making a loud noise when you roll it down, and the exhaust rattling, all at around 20k miles. I took it in for service and was told they'd fixed window, ordered the horn, and couldn't hear any noise from the exhaust, and would call me when the horn arrived. I got down the road and the exhaust was still rattling, window still making noise, and nothing was different. I figured I would just point it all out when I went back in for service since I live AN HOUR AWAY. A couple of weeks go by and I haven't heard anything, I call them and they say I can only deal with the person I originally dealt with but they'll have him call me. A week goes by and nothing so I call back. Same story, but she assured me she would personally go get him and make sue I got a call back within the hour. Still nothing. After TWO MONTHS I call back yet again and am transferred to finance, then hung up on. I call back and am transferred to a voicemail. I call back, am put on hold for 10 minutes then finally someone in service picks up and tells me that the guy I was originally working with no longer works there, he never ordered the parts, and nobody followed up on his customers, but she'll find me a new service rep. 15 more minutes on hold and somebody picks up and tells me that even though they have the ex-employee's paperwork on my car where it states the issues, I'll have to drive in on my own time and dime AGAIN to have my car re-evaluated before they can even order the parts, then come back yet again to have them installed. This is getting very frustrating and expensive, and I was told that if I continue to have a problem with it that he would just terminate the call and delete the ticket. Worst customer service I've ever had, I'm trying to get my car repaired so that I can trade it in and buy another diesel 4x4, but I can tell you where I won't be spending my $60k on a new truck. More

We dropped it off for apt on July 11 and it is still there today Aug 5! We are Senior retirement community with 178 residents that rely on that bus for transportation. They called to let us know it was ready and within 10 miles after picking it up , same problem! We have incurred 1500.00 for rental mini van that is very difficult for seniors to get in and out, iYou would think 3 going on 4 weeks you would be able to get your vehicle repaired, word today was , still waiting on parts and no eta for completion, will need to think twice when we replace our Crown Vic company car and replace this van, ,very disappointed with service More

I called at 3pm and told the car was ready, but Ken Bateman went home. When I picked the car up I was told that they did not have enough time to check the car out. I took it to my dealership they check it out in 90 minutes. More

I stop I had the pleasure of meeting Amanda in the 707 aftermarket department at Sarasota Ford today. I Needed assistance with my 2016 Focus ST today. I stopped in today and Amanda got to work setting up an appointment for 30 minutes after I stopped in. Just a couple hours later and I was ready to go. Amanda easily answered all of my questions and was extremely courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Amanda and Sarasota Ford for all your automotive needs. Thanks Amanda! I had to get a new phone and I had a problem setting my new phone. I came to Sarasota Ford and I asked one of the salesman Andy to see if he could help me out.
