Excellent I have had work done prior to this visit and have bought other mustangs from Sarasota Ford. This time even with remodeling going on everyone was extremely pleasant and could not have been anymore helpful. I called the night before and they had no problem with getting me in. Last I would just like to say that I am going to try and purchase a 2015 mustang. I know I will get excellent service. More

Even while they are under major renovations they function as if it has no effect on them. I purchased my 2013 Ford F-150 Super Crew while I was deployed to the middle east this past year. I was told by the Exchange New Car Sales dealer to be cautious of stateside dealerships trying to charge me extra fees and costs, and if they were to give me or my wife (she picked up the truck for me before I returned home) that I should call the ENCS and they would try to resolve any issues. I HAD NO PROBLEMS PICKING UP MY NEW TRUCK!!! They were courteous and straight forward. This past visit I needed a simple oil change. I was treated very well and every Sarasota Ford employee that I spoke with knew that I was military and thanked me for my service. They didnt have to and I did not tell anyone that I was military but they took the initiative to say those kind words and they offered excellent service by having my truck in and out quickly. Didn't spend a dime this visit either. Thank you Sarasota Ford! More

Sarasota Ford beat the Honda price on a new tire and gave me a ride to work while they worked on my car. They had the job done before they estimated and the staff kept me up to date on the status. I have a convertible that the top began to fray over the drivers door and pointed it out to the service writer and he said the convertible top was NOT covered under the factory warranty. A few days later I was at Autoway Ford picking up some parts and one of the salesman asked me if I knew my top was frayed and I said yes but Sarasota Ford told me it's not covered under my warranty. They took a few pictures of my top, sent it in and 3 days later I rec'd a call that it was approved and to tell them where to ship the new top to be installed. A month later my air conditioning wasn't working properly and I brought it to Sarasota Ford and it was diagnosed as needing a new evaporater core, and it was covered under warranty (over $1200) and when I went to pick it up after the new core was installed II noticed I had wires hanging loose under my dash (the entire dash had to come out to put the new core in). When I brought it to the attention of the service writer, the same service writer that told me my conv top wasn't covered, he said it must be some after market items I had installed and they are NOT responsible for putting those wires back together. I feel if a mechanic takes something apart whether it is stock or after market, he should put it all back together if he takes any pride in his work at all. I had to go to the shop that installed the aftermarket lights and it took them less than 10 minutes to reconnect what Sarasota Ford had taken apart. Needless to say, Sarasota Ford will not see me again for any reason More
I own a 2012 Ford Escape. I went to ago and inquired about having someone there instruct me about how to use my Sync System. I purSarasota ford to have my oil changed a few weekschaed my car at Autoway Ford in Bradenton, but I salesman "Bobby" at Sarasota said he would be glad to help me and I set up an appt with him for today at 9 am. When I showed up,a salesman, Andy, saw me getting out of my car and asked if I was there to see Bobby and I replied yes and he said he was not there and he was filling in for him. So he walked over to my car and as soon as he saw the "autoway" sticker he was rude and said they do not help with cars purchased elsewhere but he would see what he could do. He got in my car and turned a dial on my radio console and was doing something with my phone and my contacts and was very impatient and told me he works on comission and was not getting paid for this and he gave me very little to no instruction and kept looking at his watch and out the window and after 10 min said "just play around with it" and said he had to go. I was way too polite to this man who was very rude and intimidating to me. Tonight my husband called Sarasota Ford and spoke to a manager, Edwin and tried to explain the above to him. He interruped my husband twice and said they don't get paid to help other Ford customers.. he was so rude to my husband as well. Had my oil changed a few weeks ago there, wish I had check the oil to see if it was brown and dirty afterwards after reading several other reviews today of this terrible dealership. DO NOT GO HERE.. Go to Autoway Ford in Bradenton and see Pernell. You will get a great price and great customer service. I live in Sarasota and they could not even come close to what Autoway offered us in price for my car. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT in Sarasota Ford again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these rude, selfish people. More
I went to sarasota ford for warranty work, had my injector replaced and door key pad replaced and in doing so they found a wire broken and milked a hundred bucks out of me to put a simple wire crimp injector replaced and door key pad replaced and in doing so they found a wire broken and milked a hundred bucks out of me to put a simple wire crimp on, got my truck back and realized as i was cleaning it, that ford broke my door panel and failed to tell me about it, took it back and they replaced it no problem. Later on this same week my catalytic converter went bad and luckily that was under warranty BUT!!!!!! They again milked 77 dollars out of me just to pull the three bolts that hold my starter on so they can get to the bolts on the header. They also had to pull my dash out to fix my a/c which still doesn't work right and i bring it home and to my surprise, find the plastic put back half ass and a rubber piece in my grill looked like they ripped it out and decided to lay it back in there hoping i wont catch it. So if you like being nickel and dimed take it to sarasota ford as for me Im calling Matthew currie and hope they do better work!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck and god bless More
Went in for an oil change and everyone was very kind and welcoming. Service was fast and done well. I bought my car here so I will continue to come back for the service on it.
