I had never been to a Quick Lane department before. Just went in for a basic service on my way out of town and I am glad I did. All of these years of going to the same oil change place did me no favors. Just went in for a basic service on my way out of town and I am glad I did. All of these years of going to the same oil change place did me no favors. Had a recall on my car, my brakes were about to touch metal to metal and it turns out my links for my suspension had bushings COMPLETELY gone. Hey had to be like that for a while and I ride around with 3 kids in my car. Not safe. The mechanic (Corey- I believe his name was) showed me my concerns and they were able to get it done in just a few hours at their QuickLane center. To make matters worse, I always went to the other place because I thought it would be cheaper. Not the case, they did a complete service including my tire rotation for $40 here. And I get a $10 rebate! By the way, if you haven't been, you need to go. I watched a movie in their waiting area theater and before I knew it my car was done. Low pressure, convenient location and a good value is why I WILL be back. Thank you Jimmy for all of your help today. You guys rock! I was so happy with my experience today, this is the second Review I have written about it and I am not the reviewing type ?? More

Fantastic service I contacted this dealer a week ago when my Mustang slipped into limp home mode. The assistant service mgr Eric was extremely helpful explaining what n I contacted this dealer a week ago when my Mustang slipped into limp home mode. The assistant service mgr Eric was extremely helpful explaining what needed to happen next and provided the Ford roadside assistance #. With in 30 minutes of my call the Mustang and I were at Sarasota Ford. Transportation was arranged in just minute's and I was on my way home. Considering this was 4:30 in the afternoon I could not have been happier. The next morning at 7:45 Eric called and provided a full diagnoses and repair estimate for authorization, since the Mustang is out of warranty. I picked it up fully repaired:and clean at noon that day. I cannot say enough about the timely, courteous, and reasonably priced service at Sarasota Ford they are the Bomb. More

Great Service I had a 1:30 appointment and the F150 was in the bay withn 10 minutes. They honored coupons I printed from their site and completed the service which I had a 1:30 appointment and the F150 was in the bay withn 10 minutes.
