I had always enjoyed being part of the Subaru family since 2019 when I purchased my first Subaru. Visiting your dealership, the Service Advisors were so personable and knowledgeable. I mostly had contact with Danny D., and was sorry to see him retire. Frank, and “ NHL Lightening “(I forgot his real name) rounded out the trio that kept us laughing as we had our vehicles serviced. Danny always made sure that I took advantage of any applicable coupons…so much appreciated. The trio of them worked for Subaru, but gave the impression that they were looking out for us, the customers, with coupons or not having unnecessary work done,”you are going to need new wiper blades, and a cabin filter, but it can wait untill your next service.” Plus, the frosting on the cake was the complimentary car wash for all those Subarus that are out there having fun as shown in your great ads! I miss the comraderie, knowledge and caring of your advisors. And what happened to the much appreciated car wash ? Not a complaint, but the personal Subaru family touch seems to have been lost. Found online, made contact. A text response was quick and appointment was suggested. I then changed time for my convenience and they were happy to oblige. Test drove the vehicle and all questions were answered AJ was super.. Paperwork was simple and process was good. Didn’t get a fun license plate though. That paperwork guy didn’t humor me. But AJ our sales representative was awesome and I have a wonderful new to me car that is perfect for all my needs. Would drive the two hours again. More

Had a tire that I complained about several times. I purchased the tires from SS. Finally had to take to a tire store. Valve stem leak. What has happened to all of the service advisors? Danny?
