been using this dealer for since moving here about four years ago. this time had an appointment that i made on a monday for the next thursday morning but car didnt start so made a new one for friday mornin years ago. this time had an appointment that i made on a monday for the next thursday morning but car didnt start so made a new one for friday morning and had the car towed there thursday afternoon before two pm. that afternoon i was given a plan to repair my car. never heard from them so finally called them monday only to hear frank tell me he was still trying to find time to get the car repaired. almost a week with my car, had a scheduled repair time already. no respect for my time or loyalty. never again i will travel as far as i have to but will not be disrespected by this dealer (frank) again joseph e willoughby More
