Tim, the Sales Manager, made everything so quick and easy. I picked out an incoming vehicle and he worked up lease payments that were in my budget in less than 15 minutes. I am not kidding. Reserved my wife's new 2015 Subaru Outback and can't wait until it arrives. Subaru did a terrific job on this new model. UPDATE: Just when I thought this experience could not have gotten any better, IT DID... We are going away on a trip this weekend and my wife really wanted to have her new Outback to drive. Unfortunately it did not arrive at the dealership before I had to be at a conference in Orlando this week. What did Sunset Subaru do? They brought the Subaru all the way to me and picked up my lease return and took it back to another dealership for me. THAT IS SERVICE! By the way, my wife's jaw hit the floor when I showed up in our driveway last night with her new car. She couldn't figure out how I pulled it off. Had to fess up and let her know it was the amazing folks at Sunset Subaru that made this happen. We will never forget this experience. Thank you Tim Reeher and Team!!!! More

We purchased a new car from Sunset Subaru in Sarasota. Out salesman was Tim O'Loughlin. He was very knowlegable about the cars in which we were interested and most helpful in enabling us to make our fina Out salesman was Tim O'Loughlin. He was very knowlegable about the cars in which we were interested and most helpful in enabling us to make our final decision. There was no difficulty in negotiating a purchase price as we had done some research through AAA and the internet. Tim's sales manager, Tim Reeher, worked with us to make the purchase happen. Because we wanted a particular color and some additional accessories the car had to be ordered. Tim Reeher made sure that the incentives being offered at the time of order were honored when we actually purchased the car even though they were no longer being offered at time of delivery. The most difficult part of purchasing a new car is going through and executing the purchase documents. Robin Charles made the hour-long ordeal of signing 24 state, company, etc. documents as pleasant as possible. We would recommend this dealership and the people we worked with to anyone. More
