Last night I was on their website and saw a 2020 Forrester. I filled out a card to come in and take a look at it. No one called me. No one email me nothing so today I decided to stop by and take a look at this vehicle and I walked around the parking lot for about 15 minutes. Nobody approached me. Nobody talk to me. Nobody asked me questions Daughter and says she go to the bathroom. Nobody approached me nobody talk to me. Nobody asked me if I needed help so obviously they don’t want my business anymore are used to do business with them but I think the service has gone down greatly so lots of people walking around talking to each other in blue shirts and then willing to help me to purchase a car so I think I’ll drive to Tampa and look for a vehicle there More

Had to jump start my battery one morning. Went to dealer and they took the car immediately and put it on the charger and tester. They left car on charger for 5 hours. Once charged they found nothing wrong with the battery and nothing draining it. Must have been something left ajar and on. They offered to keep the car overnight and lend me a car since it was Friday and a weekend was coming up. I opted to just take the car since I have a battery pack to jump the car. More

My wife and I find everyone @ this dealership to be very helpful in filling our needs when it came to finding the car we wanted. When I asked to visit to see the car I wanted to purchase I was told by the internet sales it was mixed with another and was actually at a body shop having damage repaired…When asked how long it would take I I was told by the internet sales it was mixed with another and was actually at a body shop having damage repaired…When asked how long it would take I was told that it could be weeks or Months? first Story was car was damaged by branches and needed to be sprayed….a week or so later the story was possibly the garage door fell on the car….I asked to be told when the car returnes to dealership …. Next thing I’m told the car has been painted and should be back in a few days…..told him as soon as the car is available I want to take the to my mechanic to be inspected…..last communication was the car was sold that day……A bait and switch ??? I do not know but I will never do business with them More
