Saratoga Honda is by far the best dealership in the capital district. I recently had service on my 2013 Honda Pilot. I was warmly greeted by the staff. I was most impressed by my Service Advisor Brian McMullen. He reviewed the work to be completed and once work was completed he went over all work that was completed. I was most impressed by the technician who took a video of work being completed. Was a nice feature that was provided to me. I found the entire staff was very polite and professional to me. I have used Saratoga Honda to not only buy all my cars there, I have all my service down there as well. The honestly, integrity and all they do is top notch. On top of the excellent service, the dealership is extremely clean and comfortable to be in as you wait for service to be completed.
