Jeep just out of warranty my 2014 Jeep Patriot was just a month out of the warranty and the mileage was over as well...I had a pretty expensive repair (Throttle body) that lef my 2014 Jeep Patriot was just a month out of the warranty and the mileage was over as well...I had a pretty expensive repair (Throttle body) that left me on the side of the road. After having the vehicle towed to Haasz in Dalton I called and spoke with Brent and let him know what was going on. After a few phone calls with him he had an answer for me...not cheap ones either. I asked for the number to Chrysler to plead my case. Well They called the dealership and Brent went to bat for me as well....they covered the repair bill except the $100 deductible. Needless to say I was beyond happy! Thank you Brent and the service dept in Dalton for caring about your customers!!! More
