OUTSTANDING DEALER!!! I found a used Subaru online that I really liked. I was interested in taking a look at it, but learned that it was at the Ravenna location, which is a I found a used Subaru online that I really liked. I was interested in taking a look at it, but learned that it was at the Ravenna location, which is an hour from my house, whereas the Dalton is only about 25 minutes. Brian Haasz, the General Manager at Dalton, had the car brought down from Ravenna as a convenience for me. I dealt with Randy, and he was a great guy. Very knowledgeable, and if I asked a question he wasn't sure about, he found out immediately and made sure I was satisfied. Everyone at Haasz was extremely helpful, from Brian to Randy to the people in the financing department. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase, my salesman, and my choice of dealer.
