By the time of the original appointment made by Julie, we were already signing paperwork. Zach did a fantastic job on connecting with the finance, while Karen did a phenomenal job making sure that we were ok and comfortable. We were there no longer than 1hour and a half. Wow unbelievable. This place has Superb customer service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone whom wants to buy a vehicle. Again here we go I don't even know how many times I have been to the service center. But this is my first time with the new building. OUTSTANDING! It looks amazing I don't even know how many times I have been to the service center. But this is my first time with the new building. OUTSTANDING! It looks amazing in here now. I only deal with Jennifer Saunier, because of all of her dedication for her customers. She is the best out there. I always bring my vehicles here because I know I am going to be treated right. She is a pleasure to talk to and makes getting services on your vehicle enjoyable. I had to take my Dodge Ram in to get checked out due to a odd noice coming from the rear of the truck. I didn't have an appointment and she was able to get me truck in to see what was wrong with it. She gave me the quote and also notified me of another issue that she noticed that will be a problem in the near future. I didn't have to work completed due to the fact that I was getting rid of the truck anyways. But I was able to get it diagnosed and was able to get a fair offer for the trade in. Everyone in the service department is always ready to help. I just want to say thank you and I will be seeing you on the next time I have to bring in the Jeep. More

I asked to see what I could get for my trade in vehicle. Told him how much I owe and what vehicle I was looking at. He was fast with his trade in offer. I was a little taken back with what he offered. His offer was $5000.00 below what I was offered from a different dealership. I honestly don't think he even looked at the trade in vehicle. He did at least give me good advice on how to deal with the money I would have been over on. Unfortunately, for him I don't have time to bull crap and waste time negotiating. I was already pre approved for the vehicle I was looking at from my own bank. But do to such a very, very low trade in I took my business some were else. But thank you Zack, because of your lowball offer I was able to get into my new Dodge Rebel at the other dealership. Went to Wooster, OH and was given a fair value for the trade. Was in and out of the dealership with my new ride within 2 1/2 hours. This isn't the first time I have been disappointed with this dealership. I am starting to see a trend with there salesmen not caring about the customer. But if you want to have your vehicle serviced on. I would highly recommend Haasz for that. They are the best in the neighborhood. More

Worst experience ever I called several times beforw going there to make shre i was qualified to get into a new vehicle. The salesman told he that he was 100% sure he couos get mw financed. They put me in a car then called me 2 and half weeks later and told me I had to return it. They gave me my old car back but it was is such bad condition I couldn't even drive it home and I was stranded with my children. I am still without a vehicle. The excuse they gave me was not acceptable because I was more qualified than a family member who they were able to help get into a car. More
